Heya, you wanted me to view your movie and tell you what to improve, so I just watched it.

I've a pretty new computer so I enlarged the viewscreen; first thing I noted is that your sprites look quite pixelated, so they are better in original screensize.

What you made was pretty cool, nice blood effects and explosions, but they looked a bit pixelated as well, which makes me wonder is you used GIFs to animate...?
Your environments had some nice features like the bridge and some boxes in the first room, you could have added some more stuff like waal decoration or whatever but it doesn't seem necessary to me.

Although it looks ok it seems a little you played safe using simple shaped characters without legs and balls for hands, so next time you could put some more effort in that by making the hands more real, but I'm not sure if it will fit with the rest of your style.

Last two points of criticism; the truck didn't look very detailed, just some circles and rectangels and the countdown numbers were drawn, probably by you, but you better could have used some standard font digits.

So less pixelation, more effort on cars, maybe some less easy characters and no self drawn text. But overall fun (though a little short) movie. I voted 5 :D

i've no idea what pivots are because i use powerpoint to animate myself, so the tips i give are more general ;D
